In a major step toward empowering students, Maryam Nawaz, Chief Minister of Punjab, has officially launched Phase 2 of the Government E-Bike Scheme. Under this phase, 100,000 additional bikes will be distributed to deserving students across Pakistan.
The program officially begins on 1st August 2025, with the first phase of distribution starting in selected districts of Punjab, KPK, Sindh, and Balochistan.
E-Bike Scheme 2025 – What’s New in Phase 2
The second phase expands the number of beneficiaries and aims to:

District-Wise E-Bike Distribution Schedule
The government has announced a district-wise timeline for the rollout:

Eligibility Criteria for Phase 2 E-Bike Scheme
You can apply if you:

Have a valid CNIC or B-Form.

Reside in the district where you’re applying.

Have passed your previous exams without any major disciplinary record.
Special quotas are reserved for:

Applying is simple and 100% digital:
